Russian firefighter artur.prosport shared remarkable footage of fellow firefighters competing in ladder climbing races where they repeatedly hook their ladders onto window ledges to see who can climb up a three story building the fastest. The races move at a fast pace and take a great deal of strength, both of which are key advantages to have, especially during fire rescues.
